Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Young!

Mr. & Mrs. Young tied the Knot on Oct 29th, 2022. The ceremony & Reception was held at The Franklin in Soulard, MO. 

Girls Getting Ready

Jessica was such a beautiful bride who shined inside and out. I got the pleasure to meet her and Kameron a few weeks prior to their wedding day and they are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked into the girls Jess, her mom, and Mother-in-Law, all welcomed me like family and treated me like a longtime friend and daughter. I am happy to say I walked away from their wedding day with friendships that I will cherish forever.

 

Brides Details

Jessica had a custom wedding box made for her and Kameron and I can say it was such a beautiful item that not only photographed well but will also hold memories that will be protected and cherished for many years to come.

 

Dress Zip Up

Jessica had a stunning wedding dress that was simple yet elegant. I am a sucker for almost any wedding dress. The simplicity and lace beats nothing.

Love letter and Mother Gift

Jessica and Kameron exchanged love letters. Hearing the words from Kameron brought a giant smile to my face.

First Looks

Jessica shared first looks with her dad, brother, and bridesmaids. Seeing her dad’s reaction brought tears not only to his eyes but mine as well. I love seeing the connection between a father and daughter.

Ceremony – Time to say “I Do”

The Youngs expressed their love for one another in the banquet hall of The Franklin in front of family and friends. The ceremony was held by Kamerons Grandfather. I had the pleasure to speak with him at the reception and the love he has seen over the years from his own children to grandchildren has been remarkable.

 

Bridal Party Portraits and Fun

I had so much fun with this bridal party. I not only got to see how each one of them loved Kameron and Jess but I myself walked away with new friends and memories with a few of them.

Couple Portraits

I was head over heels capturing The Youngs couple portraits. This is one of my favorite times at a wedding. There is nothing more special then capturing romantic images with the new Mr. & Mrs.

Reception Details

The Youngs had decorated the banquet hall with blue and gold accents and greenery. It was truly a classic and elegant set up. 

Bridal Change (hair cut)

Before the reception Jessica decided to cut her hair and donate it. It was such a touching and honorable thing to capture. Plus, she looks even more stunning with her hair cut!

First Dance, Parent Dance, Garter toss & Cake

During this time there was many guests who may have shed a tear or two… Don’t, judge yes, I cry at father daughter dances!!!
