Mr. & Mrs. Stacey – Loveland Estates, Pocahontas, IL – September 29, 2023
The McKenzie’s Loveland Estates wedding was such a classy and elegant wedding that has a rustic charm to it. It was such a beautiful atmosphere to capture. From the emotional first looks, touching moments between bride and groom, an intimate ceremony with gorgeous florals all around, to never forgotten moments during reception time.
The special moment of the first look with Lindsey and her dad was so emotional. Lindsays dad promised himself he would keep it together and even told me personally he won’t cry. However, once he saw his beautiful daughter looking like a princess, he did the one thing he said he wouldn’t do, Cry! And how could he not. Lindsey was stunning. There is nothing sweeter than a father/daughter relationship. Jason and Lindsey also shared a first look that also made everyone tear up. Jason and Lindsey wrote their own vows to read in private. However, I got the capture these sweet words and it was an honor to hear the love Jason has for Lindsey.
Lindsey and Jason decided to have an outdoor wedding that was in front of a stunning white background with butterflies that help represent new love and loved ones that have passed. Lindsey had a stunning bouquet that was done by Rachel of Loveland Estates. To say this arrangement was stunning is an understatement. It is even prettier in person.
Lindsay and Matt’s reception was filed with wonderful smelling florals of greens all around, gold, burnt orange, emerald, green, maroon and natural nude colors all around. Lindsey and Jason had the feel of fall throughout the whole day, and I was in my happy place! They had delicious food catered by Cygan & Delaney. The food was so delicious and unique. It was a twist on American food that was exceptional.
Lindsey and Matt shared their first dance along with their parent dances. It was such a sweet moment to watch the parents smile so bright for their children as they start a new chapter in their lives. Lindsey and Matt opened the dance floor for everyone to have some fun. And tons of fun was definitely being done.
