I had so much fun photographing Katelyn + Daniel’s engagement session at Forest Park! They were nervous at first but once we started, they trusted the process and we came out with the most beautiful, sentimental, fun, and romantic images. With the time change the gorgeous sun showed off peeking through the trees and giving them both a stunning light around them to capture.

 Forest Park is always a unique and atmospheric place to have engagement photos done. From taking in the incredible city views, strolling along the walking paths, sights of Art Hill, and not to mention the architectural bridges all around.  There is always endless photo opportunities in St. Louis. Katelyn + Danny being St. Louis natives knew exactly where they wanted to have their engagement photos captured. I can highly agree it was a great choice. I was so honored to meet Katelyn + Danny and hear about their unique love story and how they first began. During the session Katelyn + Daniel had their fur baby Evie pose for a few photos. I will admit I got distracted for a second (what can I say I am a huge dog fan!)

Katelyn wore a stunning blue dress with my favorite cowboy boots. Her dress was not only elegant, but it was also perfect for doing her Cinderella twirls and it was prefect for the atmosphere and surrounding beauty. Daniel wore a classic outfit of jeans and grey over jacket that paired with Katelyn perfectly. Not to mention I was impressed by Daniels belt buckle. Together they dress to impress. During outfit changes they both went more casual and relaxed. No matter what outfit they were wearing the love shined from both of them. Their chemistry is truly evident in the photos.

I am so excited to capture your wedding in November 2024 at The Barn at Woods Fort. Along with the wonderful atmosphere overlooking the greens, gorgeous fall weather, and love from family and friends it will be a beautiful day for all.
